Beauty training in Singapore combines public ITE courses (Higher Nitec and Technical Diploma in Beauty & Wellness Management at ITE College East) with private academies that teach CIDESCO, CIBTAC and VTCT (ITEC) qualifications. The Singapore Police Force's Police Regulatory Department publishes a list of certifications recognised for massage establishment licensing that names CIDESCO, CIBTAC, ITEC, ITE and Republic Polytechnic qualifications.
