Results are listed alphabetically. There is no price ranking: prices in different currencies and bases (per day, per course, per year, per instalment) are not comparable. Courses for teens and children appear only when you choose a youth audience. Online programs are never counted as physically located in a state or city. Items marked Sponsored are paid placements; they never change recognition status, verification or order.

About beauty training and licensing in United Arab Emirates

How beauty training is organised

Dubai has a cluster of private beauty institutes. Several teach CIBTAC (UK) qualifications and say their beauty therapy programme prepares students for the Dubai Health Authority (DHA) beauty therapist licensing exam. Furless Beauty Institute, for example, describes a one-year programme made of three CIBTAC qualifications equating to the 800-hour education requirement for a DHA licence. Makeup and nail academies such as Makeup Atelier and Kontar state that their certificates are approved or attested by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA). All DHA and KHDA statements here are provider claims; no regulator register page was fetched.

Languages and licensing

Teaching languages. Kontar teaches in English or Arabic. Other pages researched are written in English and do not state the teaching language of each course.

Licensing and regulation. Providers describe a Dubai Health Authority (DHA) licence as the route to working as a beauty therapist in Dubai, obtained by passing a DHA exam after an approved course. This is taken from provider pages (Alondra, Furless, Riva), not from a DHA page. Source
